This guarantee applies to both direct purchases and marketplace transactions.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery Issues: Digital items that were paid for but not delivered to your account
  • Misrepresented Items: Items that significantly differ from their description (e.g., different wear rating, pattern, or float value than advertised)
  • Platform Errors: Technical issues with our platform that resulted in an incorrect purchase or transaction
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Purchases made without your authorization (subject to verification)
  • Service Fee Disputes: Incorrectly calculated or applied service fees

3. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:

  • 24 hours of purchase for non-delivery issues
  • 48 hours of delivery for misrepresented items
  • 7 days of the transaction date for platform errors or service fee disputes
  • 48 hours of discovery for unauthorized transactions (not to exceed 30 days from the transaction date)

We strongly recommend that you inspect any purchased items immediately upon receipt to ensure timely reporting of any issues.

4. How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide Transaction Details: Include your order/transaction ID, the items in question, and the reason for your refund request.

  4. Review: Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed.
  5. Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 3-5 business days of receiving your request.

5. Refund Methods and Timing

Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds typically appear in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
  • Platform Credits: Refunds to your CS2 Skinbid account balance are typically processed within 24 hours.
  • Cryptocurrency Payments: Cryptocurrency refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Due to market volatility, cryptocurrency refunds will be based on the USD value of the original transaction, not the original cryptocurrency amount.

6. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed Trades: Person-to-person trades that have been completed and confirmed by both parties
  • Membership Fees: Premium membership or subscription fees after the first 24 hours of purchase
  • Service Fees: Transaction and listing fees for completed transactions (unless there was an error in calculation)
  • Items Already Transferred: Digital items that have already been transferred to another user or another platform
  • Purchases Made Over 30 Days Ago: Any purchase completed more than 30 days prior to the refund request

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Market Volatility

CS2 Skinbid is not responsible for market fluctuations in skin prices. Refunds will not be issued solely because an item's market value has decreased after purchase.

7.2 Game Publisher Actions

We are not responsible for changes made by Valve or other game publishers that may affect the appearance, functionality, or value of CS2 skins after purchase. This includes but is not limited to visual updates, rarity changes, or trading restrictions.

7.3 Account Suspensions

If your Steam account or CS2 Skinbid account is suspended or restricted due to violations of our Terms of Service or Valve's policies, we reserve the right to withhold refunds for any purchases made prior to the suspension.

8. Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied and you believe this was in error, you may appeal the decision by:

  1. Responding to the denial notification with additional information or evidence

  3. Providing any additional documentation that may support your case

Appeals will be reviewed by a senior customer service representative not involved in the original decision, and you will receive a response within 7 business days.
