1. Agreement to Terms

2. Definitions

• "Order" means a request to purchase Products through the Services.
• "Products" means the CS2 skins, items, and other digital assets offered for sale through the Services.
• "Subscription" means a recurring Order for Products at specified intervals.
• "User" means an individual who accesses or uses the Services.
• "User Content" means any Content that a User posts, uploads, publishes, submits, or transmits to be made available through the Services.

3. Account Registration and Use

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an Account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account and use our Services. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3.3 One Account Per User

You may not create more than one Account without our express permission. We reserve the right to terminate any duplicate Accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your Account at any time by contacting our customer service.

4. Services

4.1 Description of Services

CS2 Skinbid USA provides a marketplace for buying, selling, and trading digital assets related to the Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) game. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Listing CS2 skins and other digital items for sale
• Purchasing CS2 skins and other digital items
• Secure trading system for exchanging digital assets
• Price checking and market value estimation tools
• Authentication and verification of digital assets

4.2 Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

4.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or causing harm to other users or any other person
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services
• Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Services
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Services
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the Services
• Attempting to manipulate prices, listings, or feedback to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the Services to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading practices

5.2 Content Guidelines

When using our Services, you agree not to post, upload, or share content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Promotes illegal activities or contains illegal content
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware
• Contains false or misleading information
• Promotes or contains spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees and Charges

We charge fees for various aspects of our Services, including but not limited to listing fees, transaction fees, and subscription fees. All fees are displayed in US dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as specified on our website. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information on our servers. Your payment information is subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of the payment processors.

6.4 Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees associated with your use of the Services. We may collect applicable sales tax on purchases based on the billing address you provide and as required by law.

7. Digital Assets

7.1 Ownership

Digital assets traded through our Services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective game publishers and platforms. We do not claim ownership over any digital assets. We simply facilitate the buying, selling, and trading of these assets between users.

7.2 Verification

We make reasonable efforts to verify the authenticity and condition of digital assets listed on our Services. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute authenticity, rarity, or value of any digital asset.

7.3 Risk of Loss

You acknowledge that digital assets involve high risk and that the value of digital assets can be volatile. You assume all risks associated with buying, selling, and trading digital assets, including but not limited to market volatility, technical failures, and changes in game publisher policies.

7.4 No Investment Advice

Nothing on our Services constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other advice. We do not recommend that any digital asset should be bought, sold, or held by you. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any investment decision.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services and all content and materials available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of CS2 Skinbid USA or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

8.2 User Content

By posting, uploading, or otherwise making User Content available through the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Services and our business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases that are necessary to grant to us the rights in such User Content as contemplated under these Terms; and (ii) neither the User Content nor your posting, uploading, publication, submission, or transmittal of the User Content or our use of the User Content (or any portion thereof) will infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of these Terms, is unlawful, or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third party, or our business interests. In the event of termination, your access to the areas of the Services requiring an Account will be terminated.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@cs2skinbid.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE SERVICES AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE CONTENT OR SERVICES. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR CONTENT PROVIDERS BE LIABLE UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES (I) FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, OR SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, (II) FOR YOUR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES (III) FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF (IN THE AGGREGATE) THE GREATER OF (A) FEES PAID TO US FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.00, OR (IV) FOR ANY MATTER BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CS2 Skinbid USA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Tennessee for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Services. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us with respect to the Services.

14.2 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

14.4 Assignment

These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by us without restriction.
